All orders are shipped with tracking number once order has been fulfilled. Transit Time is usually between 3 and 7 Business days from the time your order is dispatched but may be longer during Black Friday Sale period due to the higher volume of orders.

• Free for orders over $100
• $10 flat rate for order under $100
• $15 express shipping

NZ (AUD)

• Free for orders over $150
• $15 flat rate for orders between $100-$200
• $25 orders under $100

United Kingdom (GBP)

• Free for orders over £250
• £50 flat rate for order under £250

Europe (EUR)

• Free for orders over €250
• €50 flat rate for orders under €250

Rest Of World (USD)

• Free for orders over $250
• $25 flat rate for orders up to $250

Duties & Taxes

Deliveries outside of Australia, New Zealand and Japan may be subject to local import fees or taxes. Fees and taxes are subject to the shipping policies within your country and are calculated through your local customs office.

The customer is solely responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred as a result of this. These fees or taxes will be charged through the courier service used and an order can only be received once the payment has been made.

Should a delivery be refused by the customer, the cost of the original order and return shipping cost will be charged to the customer and taken from any potential refund.

Please note, there may be a minimum order value for imported goods into your country. For any orders of larger value or size, we recommend checking the requirements with your local customs office. Please contact your local customs office for more information on any local policies.

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@anseroyale.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsCertain types of items cannot be returned such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
